  1. Thank you for visiting our Website. This Website is owned and managed by VegThisCity (“VegThisCity”). The use of this Website is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The Website is primarily intended for personal use and to provide you with details about the Tours and services provided by VegThisCity, general tips on getting around Singapore, to check the availability of Tours on specific dates and for you to make legitimate requests to book and make payment for Tours. You may not use the Website to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. The use of robots or other automated means to access the Website is prohibited.

  3. By accessing or using the Website in any manner, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. In the event that you are making a booking on behalf of third parties besides yourself, you are solely responsible for the successful communication of these Terms and Conditions to such parties. You are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the same on behalf of such parties and you accept liability therefor.

  4. While VegThisCity makes every effort to ensure that the information available on the Website is free from errors, VegThisCity does not accept responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the Website at any time without reference to you.
     
  5. VegThisCity does not accept responsibility or liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever which may result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access the Website. 

  6. VegThisCity reserves the right to amend and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without reference to you. Accordingly, the onus is on you to periodically review these Terms and Conditions. 

Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright of Tour Content and Materials

7. You may not, without a written permission from VegThisCity, copy, reproduce, republish, transit and reuse the Website’s content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. 

8. Any use of the Website is at your own risk. 

9. This shall be differentiated from sharing the Website’s pages on your personal social media websites such as Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google+, email and RSS with your networks and friends. 

10. Notes, photographs, images, audio commentary and other materials to Guests who take part in a VegThisCity Tour and / or activity in hard-copy, electronic format or any other format, are the personal copyright of VegThisCity, and are not to be reproduced in whole or in part, or distributed to any Third Party in any form whatsoever, without the express written permission of VegThisCity.  

11. Requests to use Content for any purpose should be directed to info@vegthiscity.com 

Cancellation Policy

12. Cancellation requests must be made via email to. info@vegthiscity.com in order for us to process cancellations and refunds. Please view the Booking Terms for each Tour determine the individual Tour’s cancellation and refund policy.  

Ticketing fees are non-refundable. 

Data Protection

14. VegThisCity is committed to maintaining and safeguarding the privacy of the information you share with us through our website. Therefore, when you book tours with us, you consent to collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by VegThisCity — and the corresponding collection and use by the relevant partners or suppliers—for the purposes of administering and delivering the products and services you requested. In providing your email address, you hereby also permit VegThisCity to add your email address to its database of others. 

15. We collect personal data from our guests as part of the tour booking process and is used to fulfil your specific request. The data may be provided to us online or offline via feedback forms, direct email, booking our tours, our social media, or via a third party. 

We collect this data so we can: 

    • Administer and deliver the products and services you requested. 
    • Process your booking and payment. 
    • Exchange communication with you regarding the tour booked and other tour and other activity offers.  
    • Provide guest confirmations for our guides and service providers 

16. We do not disclose personal data to third parties except under the following circumstances: when required by law, when we have your consent or deemed consent or in cases where we have engaged the third party such as data intermediaries or service providers specifically to assist with services that you book specifically for your tour.  

17. The website provides hyperlinks to other websites that are neither established by nor under control of VegThisCity. When you click such links you are leaving the website on your own risk for any damages or failure of performance. This Personal Data Collection Policy does not apply in respect of such third party websites, and we are not responsible for any personal information about you which they may collect. These third-party hyperlinks are supplied only for the convenience of the website’s visitors. 

Marketing 

18. VegThisCity would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

Waiver and Release of Liability

20. As a Tour organizer, VegThisCity acts solely as an agent in arranging the Tours, venue visits and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any person, company, or its employees. VegThisCity does not provide liability insurance for the protection of Participants who participate in VegThisCity’s Tours. The Tour takes place in public venues under conditions largely beyond VegThisCity’s control, and will visit independent restaurants and/or venues not owned or controlled by VegThisCity. Participant’s participation in our Tours is at participant’s own sole risk. 

21. By booking / participating in the Tours,  

  • You understand that VegThisCity, acting as a Tour organiser, does not own or operate any entity which provides, or is to provide, goods and services for the Tour.  
  • You waive all claims of liability against VegThisCity, its owner, employees and guides for any illness/injury/loss/damage/theft to yourself or anyone arising from your participation in VegThisCity Tours.  
  • You also understand and accept all of the risks associated with consumption of food and drink products offered or provided including, without limitation, food sickness, allergic reactions, choking, or alcohol consumption.  

General

22. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall for any reason be properly adjudicated by the court or other legal and/or competent authority to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions or parts of the same contained herein shall not in any way be affected or impaired. 

23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore and you submit yourself to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
