BOOKING TERMS

Booking Process

• We cannot guarantee that all bookings within 24 hours of the date of the Food Hop will be accepted. Should it be rejected, you will be provided with a full refund, excluding 10% transaction fee.
• All specific dietary preferences and serious allergies must be mentioned at time of booking. We may not be able to accommodate all reqeusts so please write to us to be certain before booking. Otherwise, for your safety, your booking may be rejected and you will be provided with a full refund, excluding 10% transaction fee.
• Each Food Hop must reach a minimum of 2 guests. If you are booking for 1 person on a date with no other reservations, we will provide you with a list of alternatives. If you are unable to attend any of the other alternative dates, we will provide you with a full refund.
• After completing your booking on our website, you will receive 2 confirmation emails:

1. An automated receipt of payment from Paypal
2. An automated booking confirmation from VegThisCity.

• If you do not see these emails in your Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam inbox. If you still can't find it, please contact us at info@vegthiscity.com

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans may change and sometimes you have to cancel your experience. Should you choose to cancel your booking, VegthisCity must be notified by email. The following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation with at least 1 week in advance: full refund, excluding 10% transaction fee
• Cancellation with at least 2 days in advance: 50% refunded
• Cancellation with less than 2 days in advance: No refunds

As each Hop is scheduled to depart on time, refunds are not provided for no-shows or late arrivals on the day.

Waiver and Release of Liability

As a tour organiser, VegThisCity acts solely as a agent in arranging the tour, venue visits and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any person, company, or its employees. The trail takes place in public venues under conditions largely beyond the VegThisCity’s control, and will visit independent restaurants and/or venues not owned or controlled by VegThisCity. By participating in this tour, you waive all claims of libility against VegThisCity, its owner, employees and guides for any illness/injury/loss/damage/theft to yourself or anyone while on the VegThisCity tours. You also understand and accept all of the risks associated with consumption of food products and alcohol offered or provided including, without limitation, food sickness, allergic reactions, choking, or alcohol consumption.

Changes

Locations and dishes are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond VegThisCity's control.

Photography/Videography

Photography and videography may be carried out during the Food Hop. You agree to grant VegThisCity a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up license to use your photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for our promotional and/or commercial purposes.

By booking a VegThisCity Food Hop, you affirm that you have fully understood and agree to the above Terms as well as Waiver and Release of Liability.
