Cancellation requests must be made via email in order for us to process the refund. The following cancellation fees apply: 

• Customers will receive a full refund or credit voucher with a minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation. 
• No refunds for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.  
• No-shows or late arrivals will be charged the full price. 

Waiver and Release of Liability 
As a tour organiser, VegThisCity acts solely as an agent in arranging the tours, venue visits and other services and does not assume liability for accidents, delays, injuries, loss or damage due to any act or default of any person, company, or its employees. The tour takes place in public venues under conditions largely beyond VegThisCity’s control, and will visit independent restaurants and/or venues not owned or controlled by VegThisCity.  

By participating in this tour, you waive all claims of liability against VegThisCity, its owner, employees and guides for any illness/injury/loss/damage/theft to yourself or anyone while on the VegThisCity tour. You also understand and accept all of the risks associated with consumption of food and drink products offered or provided including, without limitation, food sickness, allergic reactions, choking, or alcohol consumption.
